Good morning. I was at the YMCA and received a common question. "How do I get ads?" This is an all to common question. My answer is simple. Ads are made in the kitchen and strengthened in the gym or with exercise. Let me explain. Everyone, and I mean everyone has abs (abdominal muscles, but most are hidden behind a wall of subcutaneous fat or belly fat. The only way to rid yourself of the fat and expose the abs is through proper nutrition. You can do all the crunches, planks and sit-ups you want but if you don't change your nutrition in order to minimize the fat accumulation you will never see your abdominal muscles. And no, low calorie diets will not work. You need to maintain a proper calorie diet but change the ratio of protein-fat-carbohydrates in your daily nutritional profile. Most people, including most doctors, haven't got a clue as to what that is. Go to the internet and you will be confused. There are no magic lotion, potion or pills that will get you there. Even with these miracle 'fat burners' there is a proper nutritional profile that goes along with it. Without the proper nutrition, these "Fat Burners" do not work either. Weight-loss and improved fitness has a ratio. It is 60-65% nutrition and 35-40% exercise. Most people are under the false impression that if they just go ape in the gym, they will achieve their goals. Unfortunately, this is a false belief and can actually sabotage what your are trying to accomplish. Prior to Chiropractic care, I was suffering from severe pains on the back of my neck, head, shoulders, arms, legs, and lower back. I had numbness and tingling in my fingers, burning on my shins, and back. Every day I felt as if I had the flu. I would wake up each morning very fatigued because of sleep disturbances and as the day progressed, the pains would increase with stress and anxiety.
